How do heating blanket help?
We take advantage of the well-known fact that heated material is much less sticky – making it easier to pour where it should.
Heating blankets from the American company BriskHeat® eliminate the sticking on the inner walls of the downpipes, mainly those made of steel.
Silicone blankets will be customized to your technology. We have also adapted them for Myrlen® pulse nozzles installation.
During the transport of coal to the fluid boiler NK14, all the overflows caused coal to stick to the walls of the downpipes. MOSA Solution installed heating blankets on the coal gutters with the task of heating the inner surface of the gutter to a temperature of about 230.0 °F. With such installation, we have achieved greater reliability of the boiler operation and thus the overall economy of its operation.
